Comments:
Mash the specialty grains at 155 degrees for 30minutes. I loose mashed them in the kettle and strained them, but you could use a large grain sock.
- Add 6lbs Amber extract
- Add 2lbs Dark extract
Bring to boil and complete the hop schedule. Total boil time is 60 minutes.
Combine wort with cold water to equal 5 gallons. Pitch Wyeast 1318 London III at 70 degrees.
